Classera Inspires the future of E-Learning at Innovation Africa Summit 2022 in Zambia

For an immersive experience in Innovation Africa 2022, Africa’s official ministerial summit; held in Lusaka, Zambia with participation from more than 40 Ministries of Education, Classera took part in the Summit with high profile delegation.

As part of the company’s commitment towards Africa, Classera delegation was led by Eng. Mohammad Almadani Classera Inc. CEO, and included Mahmoud Elgabry Strategic Partnership Director, Karim Nabil Channel Sales Manager for Africa, and Sara Dabies Global Customer Success Manager.  Classera leadership team discussed the opportunities and challenges facing education in the African continent with African leaders and outlined how Classera can work with its partners to address these challenges and leverage the existing opportunities.

Africa is now witnessing huge government interest in education, digital skills transformation, ICT infrastructure, edtech procurement, and teacher professional development. The government’s implementation of over $3 billion of multilateral education projects presented their strategies and laid out their plans to take education in Africa to the next level.

Classera delegation had the pleasure to meet the ministers and education leaders in Zambia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Niger, Ghana, Somalia, Liberia, and Namibia, where there was a consensus on the vital role technology can play in transforming the lives for Millions of students in Africa, with a focus on innovation and strategic partnerships.  Classera’s new concept of using its Learning Super Platform (LSP) to support all aspects needed by education institutions in their learning journey had been received very well by ministers and leaders and resonated with their needs.  

After closing the largest ever series A investment round in the EdTech industry worldwide with a value of 40M USD, Classera Inc. had identified Africa as one of the key markets to make the greatest impact. The cornerstone of Classera’s technology is its LSP, powered by a gamified learning management platform built with cutting-edge technologies. Its principle-based approach is cornerstones around: inspiration through gamification, personalization through artificial intelligence, and collaboration through social learning – with the ultimate goal of reaching better engagement and therefore a better learning experience.
