Challenge

Evaluating teacher performance had become overwhelming. With 440 teachers across multiple campuses, the quality team conducted nearly 1000 classroom visits each semester. Each evaluation generated hundreds of paper forms, making it nearly impossible to track progress efficiently. Files were misplaced, retrieving a record could take hours, and teachers had little visibility into their own performance. Instead of driving growth, evaluations were slowing everyone down.

 

Solution

Brilliance Academy partnered with Classera to digitize and streamline its evaluation system. Working closely with the school’s quality team, Classera developed a customized module inside its Learning Super Platform (LSP) to address the academy’s needs:

  • Multi-role evaluation workflows for managers, assistants, and quality teams.
  • Automatic scoring with consolidated averages.

The transition began with workshops to co-design evaluation forms and workflows. Classera then trained staff and rolled out the system across all divisions.
