Classera, a global leader in digital learning, training, and digital transformation solutions, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with the International Company for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (GIE), which specializes in developing and managing innovation and entrepreneurship programs, building capacity, and supporting innovation ecosystems across Egypt and the Arab region. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties in the fields of training, skills development, and digital transformation throughout the region.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to bringing together the expertise and resources of both companies in order to develop and deliver high quality training programs. These programs combine GIE's specialized experience with the modern educational solutions and digital technologies offered by Classera, which helps build the capacities of individuals and institutions and keeps pace with the rapid changes shaping the labor market and the digital economy.
As part of its specialized corporate training offering, Classera provides LeadXera, an integrated training management system that delivers comprehensive solutions for human capital development. LeadXera enables organizations to manage the full training cycle, starting from planning training programs and managing courses, trainees, and trainers, moving through registration, scheduling, attendance, and training content, and reaching all the way to performance tracking, measuring training outcomes, and analyzing data. The system has already been implemented across a number of ministries, government entities, companies, and training initiatives in several countries, which reflects its ability to meet the needs of different organizations and to develop training and capacity building ecosystems on a wide scale.
Under the agreement, Classera and GIE will work together to design and deliver specialized training programs focused on developing digital and technical skills, nurturing creative thinking and problem solving, and providing interactive learning and training experiences built on the latest digital solutions and technologies. The two companies will also make use of digital training management solutions to support organizations in managing and developing their training programs.
The partnership also opens the door to future joint initiatives and programs that draw on Classera's expertise in education and training technology, digital transformation, and corporate training management solutions, together with GIE's expertise in designing and managing specialized programs and initiatives and building support ecosystems for innovators and entrepreneurs.

For his part, Eng. Mahmoud El-Gabry, Classera's Smart Education Director in Egypt, said:
"The partnership with GIE marks an important step toward expanding cooperation in the field of training and development. Bringing together Classera's technical and educational expertise with GIE's specialized experience will help deliver training programs that are more impactful, that support skills development, and that meet the needs of the future. Training management solutions, and above all LeadXera, are a key element in enabling organizations to manage their training ecosystem efficiently and measure its impact."
This partnership embodies the commitment of Classera and GIE to developing innovative training solutions and programs, strengthening cooperation in the area of capacity building, and equipping individuals and institutions with the skills and knowledge they need to keep pace with rapid technological change.
To bring the partnership to life on the ground, one of the training programs was delivered for the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) in the United Arab Emirates. The program took the form of a summer camp that trained more than 2,000 citizens and residents among school students through the virtual program, along with 150 students in Abu Dhabi and 150 students in Dubai. The program focused on developing digital and technical skills and introducing students to the fields of modern technology.
Through this collaboration, both parties continue to develop and deliver joint training initiatives across Egypt and the Arab region, which expands opportunities for learning and development and supports the building of a training ecosystem that is more efficient and better prepared for the demands of the future.
