In the presence of His Excellency Eng. Samy Smeerat, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and Eng. Mohammad S. Almadani, CEO of Classera Inc., Classera, the global leader in smart learning solutions, officially inaugurated its new office in Amman, Jordan. This milestone marks a significant step in Classera’s regional expansion, while His Excellency’s presence highlights the Jordanian government’s commitment to advancing innovation, digital transformation, and the development of a competitive knowledge-based economy.
The new office, designed to foster creativity and collaboration, serves as an extension of the innovative foundation Classera has built over the years.
It houses cutting-edge client service hubs, advanced innovation labs, and dedicated spaces to support employees’ well-being. The site represents a key element in Classera’s strategy to strengthen its local presence, better serve its partners, and advance regional digital transformation initiatives.
Also in attendance was Eng. Nidal Bitar, CEO of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j). The association is actively and diligently working to empower companies in the ICT sector by facilitating their participation in local, regional, and international exhibitions and conferences.
For his part, His Excellency Eng. Samy Smeerat expressed his delight at the event, emphasizing that the opening of Classera’s office in Amman represents a major milestone that reflects growing confidence in Jordan’s innovation ecosystem and strengthens the Kingdom’s position as a regional hub for the digital economy and artificial intelligence. He added that this expansion provides meaningful support for the nation’s digital transformation journey, offers an opportunity to enhance the education system through smart solutions aligned with future demands, contributes to creating new opportunities for Jordanian youth, and drives the development of a competitive knowledge-based economy in the region.
Eng. Nidal Bitar, CEO of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j), stated that the inauguration of Classera’s new office in Jordan by the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship reflects the company’s confidence in Jordan’s business environment and underscores the Kingdom’s attractiveness for regional investments in the technology sector, particularly those focused on digital education and educational transformation.
Eng. Bitar praised the role that Classera plays in supporting Jordanian talent and providing quality employment opportunities in the EdTech field, emphasizing that Jordan offers a vibrant environment for the growth of technology companies, whether locally founded or foreign investments.
