Believing that education is the most noble human pursuit and the ultimate foundation for societal progress. C.XSEED, Classera’s venture-building arm to support and invest in EdTech startups in partnership with Supercharger Ventures & Falak Investment Hub, has partnered with the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the National E-Learning Center (NELC) under a new tripartite strategic framework.
This alliance goes beyond building businesses; it establishes a national launchpad for visionary founders and impact-driven investors dedicated to transforming how the world learns.
Under this joint initiative, C.XSEED will design and manage the execution of high-impact accelerator programs, selecting cutting-edge startups, providing hands-on mentorship, and guiding founders toward investment readiness. MISA will lead sovereign investment enablement, streamline regulatory pathways, and open international doors for portfolio startups. Meanwhile, NELC will deliver sector leadership, technical enablement, and direct pilot opportunities within Saudi Arabia’s e-learning ecosystem.
Together, the three entities are launching the "Next Generation Initiative in EdTech Investment and Entrepreneurs". For founders, this offers an unmatched gateway to scale ideas that touch millions of lives. And for investors, it opens rare access to high-growth, purpose-led ventures backed by top-tier sovereign and technical infrastructure.

Eng. Mohammed Almadani, Co-Founder and CEO of Classera, said:
“From the very beginning, Classera’s ambition has been to build a fully integrated ecosystem, one that combines our role as a key education technology partner to some of the world’s largest ministries of education with our commitment to advancing the broader EdTech sector through C.XSEED and other initiatives. Our partnership with the Ministry of Investment and the National eLearning Center will open new doors for growth and create a promising future for this vital sector.”
"Education is not just an industry; it is the catalyst for human achievement," said Mohammed Al-Ashmawi, Managing Partner of C.XSEED & Co-founder of Classera. "By uniting MISA’s investment power, NELC’s institutional leadership and C.XSEED’s execution capabilities, we are building a home where ambitious founders can turn noble ideas into global realities".
This partnership marks a strategic step toward accelerating EdTech startups and strengthening Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading hub for digital education innovation, in support of Saudi Vision 2030.
